بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ(1) وَ وَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ(2) الَّذِیْۤ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ(3) وَ رَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَﭤ(4) فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًا(5) اِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًاﭤ(6) فَاِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ(7) وَ اِلٰى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ(8)

(1)Alam nashrah laka sadrak (2)Wa wa d’ana ‘anka wizrak (3)Allazee anqada zahrak(4)Wa raf ‘ana laka zikrak (5)Fa inna ma’al usri yusra(6)Inna ma’al ‘usri yusra
(7)Fa iza faragh ta fansab (8)Wa ilaa rabbika far ghab

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
(1)Have We not expanded thee thy breast? (2)And removed from thee thy burden (3)The which did gall thy back?(4)And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? (5)So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:(6)Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. (7)Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,(8)And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention.
Surah Alam Nashrah Hindi Tarjuma
अल्लाह के नाम से शुरू जो निहायत मेहरबान व रहम वाला है।
(1) क्या हम ने आपका सीना नहीं खोल दिया (2) और आपके उस बोझ को आप से उतार दिया (3)जिस ने आपकी कमर तोड़ रखी थी (4) और आपके लिए आपके तजकरे को बलंदी अता की (5) चुनांचे हकीकत ये है कि मुश्किलात के साथ आसानी भी होती है (6) यक़ीनन मुश्किलात के साथ आसानी भी होती है(7) तो जब आप (कामों से) फ़ारिग हो जाएँ तो (इबादत में) मेहनत किया कीजिये (8) और अपने परवरदिगार ही से दिल लगाइए
